Stunning Condo on the Golf Course in Gated Adult Community

You'll love this beautifully updated single story 2 bedroom/2 bath home in Fountain of the Sun. (1100 sq ft)
Minimum age is 55+(at least one person must meet age requirement and stay for duration of the booking). 25 day minimum stay.
Fountain of the Sun has guarded-gated 24/7 security entrance, so you'll feel nice and safe staying at our community.
Rental of this house will come with the use of a golf cart.
Minimum Stay - 25 days. NO PETS.
The condo is set up for rest and relaxation or a home away from home that is on the golf course and close to shopping, restaurants, pubs, mountains, lakes, pools, forest and desert areas.

Wireless internet, Smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms, air conditioning, parking, and in-unit laundry. Use of the fitness center, swimming pools, sauna, hot tubs, pickleball courts, shuffle board, billiard room, card room, crafts room, club room etc. For a very small amount you can join craft workshops, gym classes, computer room, golf practice facilities. Ask for current golf course rates.

Golf Course lot, Extended patio with gorgeous views of the 4th tee box. Great outdoor living space with grill and patio furniture! Meticulously maintained and remodeled! Large Walk in closet. Newer appliances and granite counter tops. It has a large two car carport. Heated pool & spa, mailbox within walking distance, and grassy area. Active Adult 55+ Gated Golf Community, FOUNTAIN OF THE SUN! Enjoy this Country Club & Golf Community offering lake for fishing, billiards, golf course, and post office. Many planned activities, pickle ball, yoga, arts & crafts, card room, shuffleboard, etc. Birdie's restaurant opened daily. SORRY, this is a NO PET AREA! Some of the amenities require $12 activity pass purchased at FOS office during regular business hour.
