"Lovely hotel, easily within a 10 min walk of Milan Central train station, or 2 min walk to the nearest metro (Lima).
Only negative was that air condition was broken and the room mist have been 30 degrees plus."

"We had a great stay in Milano! The host was incredibly accommodating and lovely, always quick with helpful tips and local recommendations. The place itself was chic, comfortable, and had everything we needed, a large fridge, a small but well-equipped kitchenette for cooking, and all the amenities for a cozy stay. It’s also within walking distance of the train station, which made things super convenient. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Milan."

"This hotel was absolutely stunning. It's a small, quaint boutique hotel that takes up just one floor of the building. Once you step through the doors, the hallway sparkles, literally! If you open the hidden cupboard on the side, you'll find a mini kitchen complete with sparkling water, a microwave, hot plate, fridge, and even a juicer!
I stayed in the Retro Room, which was so comfortable and beautifully decorated, with high-quality finishes and thoughtful little touches like complimentary...

"They hit the price point very well! The location was great and the staff was fantastic. They gave wonderful recommendations and my stay was better because of them.
The sleeping conditions are fine, pretty much exactly what I was after. Nothing special and the price was the main point. I wasn’t spending much time there anyway. The continental breakfast was good!"

"We were very happy with the pleasant surprise brought by the reception, which was very welcoming, respectful, generous, and surprising. Not only was our check-in earlier, but we also received an upgrade to a huge, chic, modern apartment with a stunning view of Milan. Wow! For someone who traveled so many hours from Brazil, this gesture was truly a warm welcome!
Thank you all so much yesterday morning. You made a difference in our lives! We'll be back!"
"
Wonderful experience! Spacious room, there were 3 rooms within an apartment being used like a hotel for rental. This seems common in area as the apartment next door was also owned and rented out. We met one very family in hallway. A lovely couple stayed in the room or shared space. We had a accessible little fridge with drinks and counter with some snacks. This was wonderful as we appreciated the water especially during this summer heat. The owners allowed us to enter earlier which we needed as we were exhausted. "
"This hotel is in an excellent area for strolling, shopping, or dining. The hotel is meticulously cared for, very clean, new, comfortable, and with thoughtful amenities. I would definitely book it again."
"The hotel was easily accessible by metro and train, and also close to my car rental return. There are a lot of nearby restaurants and bars, and was safe and walkable at night. The rooms are spacious with tinted glass, making it great during the summer. The included breakfast is also filling - a great selection! I highly recommend the hotel, and would definitely book here again!"
"As soon as we walked in the hotel has a beautiful scent which i should of asked what it was, i would live my home to have that same scent. The hotel was clean, comfortable rooms and walking distance to everything! I absolutely loved this hotel and will stay here again. "
"I wish there was a rating higher than excellent because this hotel would have it. Breakfast spread is larger than most. Excellent options. Nice dinner menu and reasonably priced. Dea was an excellent server. The Cocktail lounge is very nice. Letizia the bartendress makes the most fabulous cocktails, very friendly and cordial along with the Server that works with her. They are outstanding employees. They even have a nice enclosed smoking area where the restaurant and cocktails are on the 6th floor. The rooms are excellent and very clean with refrigerator stocked with free beverages. This hotel is a 200 M walk from Milan train station. Near shopping, metro and buses. I give this hotel an A++++++++++ rating and highly recommend."
"Excellent cleanliness, looks newly built and modern rooms. Bathrooms were too good. Did not eat there as everything is close by. Definitely recommend staying at this place. "
"Greeted by a very friendly and accommodating concierge. Great location to visit the sites of Milan and Lake Como. Would definitely stay there again. Good to have a laundry and a lift. "
"Surprisingly good. Room was small and “classic” but the bed was super comfy, the bathroom refreshed, and the location excellent for getting in and out of Milan. The fridge was a nice touch and the AC was also very effective.
The hotel reminded me a lot of business hotels in Japan.
Only downside was four steps from the street to the lobby.
Don’t expect a view, but who is sitting around when in Milan?"

"Room 226 has great views over central station. Room size was spacious with all the amenities of chargeable mini bar, slippers, shoe shine etc. very comfortable big bed. Bathroom was well equipped with toiletries, shower cap, vanity pack. There was also plenty of towels too. Rain fall shower head needs changing and it’s very hard and difficult to open the tap for the shower. It was very stiff and had no grip.
Shame during our stay the main restaurant was closed for refurbishment. Breakfast was good with variety but no vegetarian or halal sausages. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family."
"Their resturant is absolutely fantastic!!!
Valentina, their guest services agent, is fantastic!!!
The hotel ambiance and staff are fantastic!!!
Highly spending some time at this 5-star hotel."
"Great little property with a lovely courtyard bar -
10 mins walk to the main train station and 30 minute walk to Duomo, with lots of small bars and restaurants close by too.
I’m a solo female traveller and didn’t feel unsafe walking to and from the hotel after dinner, would definitely recommend! "
"So convenient for our travel from the train station. Every staff member we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. Especially Sylvia, who checked us in, walked us to the elevator, gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant and showed us the way."
"Great location and walkable. The only issue was advertising the restaurant as having a panoramic view which it would have had the bushes growing outside been cut down, otherwise fabulous place!"
"Lack of control with the air conditioning
When we came back from a day out the room temperature was 14 degrees and no way of warming it up only the sun through the window "
"Amazing. Accommodating staff, clean rooms, amazing area a short distance walk to everything, right near the bus stops for public transportation. Would definitely stay here again"
