“Great location, cute space!”

“Stayed here for two nights to visit our daughter and attend an OSU football game.On the upside, the property itself was clean and simple, well-located in the German Village, walkable to Schmidt’s German restaurant. Parking was easy, both behind the unit and on the street in front. On the downside, the unit was not very comfortable. We had an interior unit with almost no natural lighting. Insulation was really poor - each time we opened the bedroom closet we were greeted by an arctic gust. The……

“The overall property was not well cleaned. Definitely dusty, some stains on beds, the couch was stained, air vents had not been cleaned in some time, and despite having booked for a house full of guests, we were only provided with 2 bath towels, one spoon, and no drinking cups upon arrival. ”

“Our stay was booked for 12/29-1/2. the heat thermostat didnt work. i notified the host & he suggested to give it time to heat up. we were in condo for hours & temperature did not get above 50 degrees. The fan would run but heat would not kick on. I found tampons/pads in both bathroom trashcans, trash behind console in livingroom, gummy candy on floor, water bottle in freezer, water in bathroom sink (unable to drain), used shampoo/toothpaste.
