Best Place!
We have came to Pigeon Forge for years. It’s one of our favorite travels spots. Every time we look to book a place we are very big on cleanliness! Most of the time places are never as clean as they say they are. This unit was absolutely spotless! The cleanest place we have ever stayed in Pigeon Forge. Everything that is said in the description is spot on. We are a family of 3 and it was the perfect size for us. The amenities on the property were great as well, with a Spa available (but needs to be booked weeks in advances) and a 24/7 indoor pool which kept our little one occupied anytime we were just hanging at the condo. The owners are great too, we had a problem with the A/C and I called, the owner and he immediately had someone out to look at it and was promptly fixed. We will try to stay here again in the future.

Fall get away
This is our second time staying. Place is super nice and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. First time we stayed in August we had AC problems and it was fixed promptly. This time the AC was not working properly again. Even though the weather is cooler now the AC was still needed in the unit and it couldn’t keep up, even with the cooler weather it basically had to run nonstop to keep it at 72. It is also making a weird clicking/popping noise every time it cuts off. I did not call and complain because it was something we could live with but it definitely needs attention and seems to be an ongoing issue effecting 2 stays for us. Based on the the owners response last time I am sure if I had complained it would have been addressed promptly. I just didn’t want to deal with it again. Other than this issue everything else was great and I still give it 5 stars since it didn’t really put a damper on our stay. However it would be a shame to let this issue cause folks to think twice about staying here because it is definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed in PF. To be fair I tend to like it cooler than a lot of folks and I notice when the AC system is struggling. Some people may not be noticing the issue, especially now with the cooler weather.

Stayed 5 days here and it was nice and quiet except for the neighbor's dog. They left him and went out and he raised cane the whole time barking and beating the door. When they came in around 1pm, he would pipe down.

The place was very nice and comfortable with a beautiful view of the town with balcony. Everything was super clean. Only issue we had was with the exterior door. Our key pads were not dunctioning on our second day. We were actually locked out of our condo but thankfully one of the employees who worked there notice we were having issues with the key card on the door and contacted maintenance to look at it. Maintenance was able to fix the key card pad and had access back to our condo. Overall, everything else was great

Accommodations were very nice. The location is very central to everything. This unit has a nice view of the river from the deck. The lazy river is super to just pop in and pass some time. Great for a couple to enjoy. We would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive and helpful. Lots of fun things to enjoy with two 5 years olds 24hr indoor pool) Convenient location right behind Dolly’s Stampede, also close to Dollywood. Room was very clean and all supplies provided. Can’t wait to come back to this property!

Unit was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and the unit had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at while in Pigeon Forge. We did have an issue with the AC on the first day. It was not cooling properly. I contacted Brandon and he had someone out to look at it within an hour. He was not able to fix it that evening but was back out the next morning and got it fixed. It worked great the rest of our time there. While I did not like the AC situation, I was pleased with the response to the issue and felt everything that could be done to resolve the issue was done in a timely manner. We will definitely be back and have already reserved this unit for a trip in September. The only improvements I can suggest is adding a nightstand so that both sides of the bed have one and a nicer bigger ottoman so it’s more comfortable watching TV.
