This was a cheap place to stay. The carpets were dirty, there were splatters on something on the bathroom walls. The tile floor was dirty. But the bedding was clean and free of bugs. It wasn't the nicest place to stay, and I probably wouldn't take kids who would be all over the floor, but for the most part it was worth what we paid.

Motel is in a wonderful location! The river is behind the hotel you can go all the way to the river it would be great in the summer to go swimming, tubing! There are rockers and picnic table. The hotel has balconies also. Although breakfast needs some help! No fruit, bread for toast in bread bags? Same thing every morning wet scrambled eggs, sausage patties biscuits to warm in microwave and gravy. Cereal with milk. Water to heat in microwave for grits or oatmeal.

We enjoyed our stay. This was our 3rd visit and we already plan on returning as soon as was can. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping and lots of activities.

nice stay with a 2&4 y/o. unfortunately the pool was very very cold even though it was indoors. the price was good for our trip to gatlinburg and it was nice to be able to walk to get a meal. breakfast at the hotel was very underwhelming. staff was friendly. pretty balconies and river.
