Place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a problem one day with the water not working and it was addressed immediately. (A power surge turned the water pump off without us realizing it) and we had water back within 30 minutes. The pool was a nice place to hang around during the hot days. The food served at the Torquoise Restaurant was very well prepared and tasted amazing. Rooms were very spacious with beautifully decor and amazing balcony space. Some feedback would be that the pool is seawater and the walls are very rough. Given that it’s targeted as a family resort, a chlorine-based pool with smooth mosaic tiles will be better suited for children.
