“Be careful of the hidden fees that will be deducted from your security deposit.Upon checking out, the host, accused me of withholding 3 bath towels. I politely responded that I did not take the towels and asked if she perhaps mixed up my rental with another one. She was adamant that she didn’t make a mistake. I was told they were going to deduct the cost of 3 towels from my security deposit. I completely understand that if anything was missing it would be deducted from my security deposit,……

“Everything was clean and comfortable the only bad thing was that we couldn't stay longer.”

“I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. The pool that you do have access to was filthy. I spoke with the registration person who admittedly took some responsibility for the fact……

The wifi connection was great even with all the cool gadgets connected. For us, the location was perfect. Close to lots of great places to eat, golf, and fish. Throughly enjoyed our stay.”
