“A great four-night stay in the two-bed room with a shared balcony facing the swimming pool. We were afraid that we would hear noise at night during this Thanksgiving break stay, as there are parties for hockey games, but it was surprisingly not at all influenced for our room choice. Front desk people are really sweet. The swimming pool looks really lovely but the weather is a bit too cold to actually swim outside. The decoration inside of the hotel is quite adorable with a Christmas setting, and……

“The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.”

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”
