“I liked the free roaming horses and goats and how friendly and helpful everyone was. We had one issue with our microwave and they put a new one in within minutes. The only thing that would of been better is if they maintained the cabin a little better and stocked the kitchen better with pots and pans,”

“We loved the character of the property. It was literally the barn! Bed and shower was clean. However, the cobwebs and spiderwebs were everywhere!!! We had spiders crawling on us at night and in the bed. The windowsills and ceilings need a good cleaning. Set up was real cute and cozy. We literally did nothing! Just rested, relaxed and reconnected. It definitely did for us exactly what we were hoping for.”

“The property has charm, but because we were traveling with an older relative, the constant uneven transitions between rooms was worrisome. Parking was a hassle in the backyard because the gate was not in good repair and there was no keyless entry for the backdoor. You had to go around the house to the front door to let yourself in, even though you had to park in the back. I also found it tacky that the conversations with the management team consistently centered on additional fees, ie.……

Landing公寓 - 蒙哥马利，德克萨斯州

Montgomery

“The Appartement layout was nice and modern. Make sure you realize you will be climbing 40 steps to the 3rd floor in very hot 100+ temps. The Appartement was dirty and there were roaches and tiny black ants everywhere. There was food on furniture, rug and in drawers. There was no product in the dispensers in one bathroom and no toilet paper anywhere upon arrival. Come prepared we did not. We contacted Landing and they offered us a cleaning, but never answered when we tried to schedule a……

“This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.”

“The house was super clean and we felt at home instantly. It is incredibly private, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the silence of the woods. There is also a beautiful nearby trail where you can see horses. Just a heads-up: there is no outdoor grill (likely to avoid attracting local wildlife), which we missed a bit. However, everything else was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!”

“This apartment located within a Golf Club/course community worked well for my visit to Montgomery. Cliff + Melody are very responsive to answering questions + assisting if needed and the apartment is spacious, clean well maintained and has a convenient small market + Italian food kitchen nearby. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend this property. ”
