"This was the nicest Best Western Plus we've ever stayed at."

"The park is right down the road. There's no airport shuttle because there's no airport except for a small one for private planes. Our room was so so. The cleaning lady knocked on our door before 9a.m. and then there were cleaning carpets in the room next door at about the same time. It was loud and sleeping in was impossible."

"Clean room, quiet area close to Bryce Canyon and with a great view of cliffs. Great coffee in room. Large bathroom."

"We did not have a room, and had to scramble to find another. They said Expedia didn’t reserve the room, but we had been charged.The staff wasn’t at all helpful. We were told they would look into it. After wasting an hour, we were left on our own to find another hotel. Bad look for the hotel and Expedia."
