Staff are polite and helpful. The room was nice, expect it was cooler than normal. The bed is too soft for me, but my girlfriend liked it. Room was clean , staff was nice and helpful. We used the valet parking. The breakfast buffet was simple but just what we needed before a busy day out. Hotel was a 15 minute walk to the subway to train area.

It was a very large room that fit 3 adults and 3 kids easy. The kitchen was perfect size to move around. The place was perfect clean we had a whirlpool in the bathroom which was large and stocked with soap and shampoo in big bottles. Linen was clean. Just an exceptional staff!

Fix you room fob system! At night I don’t want to not be able to get in a door and have to walk outside to the lobby to get lectured AGAIN about keeping the fob away from keys, credit cards and cell phones.... A week of that was inconvenient
