“My family of 5 had a great weekend stay! We were given our check-in codes prior to arrival for a seamless entry. We loved being walking distance to the beach and amount of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and wagon. Plenty of beach and bath towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, coffee pot, and more. “It was great. Felt like going back in time to the 1920s. Parking was a nightmare though. And it was rough not having air conditioning, but it says it all in the reviews unfortunately I wanted to feel what it was like in the 1920s vs air conditioning, I’ll choose air conditioning next time. ”

I will point out there is currently construction directly outside… literally 30 ft across the street which was somewhat annoying. The parking stalls were a pain. “Spot on location for Pepperdine Campus! Thanksgiving weekend was fabulous in this property with my daughter who's a Pepperdine Student. The hosts had everything readily available, even down to the kitchen supplies which was great. Having the beach at your finger tips was amazing. This unit is the perfect size for 2 people. Only one request, could use some new fluffier seat cushions on the patio deck lounge chairs. Looking forward to staying again !”
