“We enjoyed the updated fixtures and the layout of the place! Ari was also quick to answer any questions we had. We’d be happy to stay here again! ”

“Overall, this condo had some positives, but it didn't fully meet my expectations. The space itself was comfortable and well laid out, and the parking was excellent, which was a huge plus. Communication with the host was also great—they were responsive and easy to work with throughout the stay. However, the location was farther from Santa Monica's main attractions than I expected based on the listing. Walking to the pier, shopping, and other popular destinations was not an option. Our biggest……

“Great location, steps away to Manhattan Beach! We enjoyed our stay!”

“Great condition. Very hospitable”

“Great location”

“Overall it was ok. We were out all day and came back late at night. Definitely needs improvement for the money we spent imo. The cleanliness was okay. Living room/Kitchen light didn't seem to work? Only one tiny trashcan in the bathroom. We had a cockroach. No blanket for the pull-out couch despite us booking for 3 people. Dirty comb under couch when we pulled it out. No water and only two towels and they were also stained. They do have a TV with lots of options for entertainment. Good AC……

“This apartment was everything we needed it to be. If you are used to the city life inherent to Los Angeles, this apartment is great. The owner is incredibly responsive, The apartment is very convenient to shopping and to exploring Japantown (Sawtelle) by foot, and is convenient to West Los Angeles and Santa Monica and the environs by car. The owners provide a parking space though on street parking is available as well. Bedrooms each have their own bathroom and showers. Air conditioning worked……

“The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties.”

“Loved the location for our universal studios stay! Close enough that we could take our ebikes even. The host was great, we had to call him to check in because they had recently replaced the thing where you dial in, but he was very prompt and helpful! The parking when we got there was a little tough, there's just street parking, but we were able to move closer in the morning.”

“The host was responisve and warm. The property was as advertized and my neice and her kids enjoyed their stay.”
