“The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place”

“This apartment was beautiful! The decor was elegant and edgy. We really appreciated the 24 hour doorman and the garage parking. It was close to all things downtown, and only about 30 minutes away from Disneyland and Long Beach. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment and rent it again!!!”

“The location was great! We took an uber to Universal Studios, it was roughly an 8 minute ride. Drivers were readily available. The property was clean, well stocked, and cozy for a small family. We had a great trip and the host was responsive and pleasant.”

“Small but very cute and clean. Great place if you are in Hollywood to explore. Centrally located and views of the Hollywood sign from the building terrace. Our host was very responsive to our questions and needs. It was also great to have parking. Would definitely recommend!”

“Excellent location if you want to be close to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in Manhattan Beach. The unit was clean and well appointed. Garage stall tight but valuable. AC unit in living room but bedrooms didn’t have great ventilation. Fortunately, ocean breezes and open windows kept things comfy. Communication with the host regarding bath towels and check in could have been improved. Some street noise/party noise at night, but overall a good value for my family.”

“Location is fantastic close to the beach and one block from the downtown strip of Manhattan Beach. Hosts were very easy to get a hold and quick respond. The rooftop space is a really nice bonus area that we really enjoyed. Due to the age of the building, the walls are a little thin so you could hear the people upstairs but earplugs solve that problem, the unit itself has been recently upgraded and is lovely.”
