"Great place to stay at Sugar! The condo was spacious yet cozy. Very clean. The staff were very friendly! I have no complaints! You do have to either drive down to the bottom parking or take the shuttle down to ski. The bus stop is very close to the condos which was nice. And of course the view was amazing! We will be back! "

"The room was very clean, the amenities were great, they have a coffee, tea, water, ice station with real glass at each floor. The hotel is really beautiful with a large fireplace next to the bar where people can hang out. They also have a second lounge with board games, chess and cards. What really stood out was Candler who went above and beyond to provide me with really important information about my planned activities such as my hike at Mt Mitchell and stargazing at the bare dark sky observatory. "
