“Room was clean and comfortable, we'll pleased”

“Upon arrival we entered our room which was supposed to be a deluxe smoking room with refrigerator and microwave. There was neither so we called office. They said they would switch out our room. Office gave us new room keys and we asked if it was a smoking room, she confirmed. Got to room..no smoking sign. Called office, she had us come back. Gave us original room and said they couldn’t get us a microwave but would bring fridge. Later knocked on door and I had to go with her to another room and……

“I would live here if I could! The staff is so amazing from the GM Tonya, the entire front desk staff, to the maintenance & housekeeping! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my stay was amazing. They are updating the property & I am so excited to stay here again & see all the great new amenities. If you need to stay in the Huntsville area I cannot recommend the Hampton Inn enough. PS- The breakfast is great too! I recommend the peach cobbler waffle! Yum!”

“We stayed in a premium cabin overlooking the pond. It was a clean cold room that provided a great escape from the heat. The views were great from the little porch and the room was clean and very accessible. This was a great place to stay in the middle of a bunch small Texas towns and forest trails for nature viewing.”
