"Dated room. Blinds did not work so light was an issue Broken lamp next to bed so couldn’t read I could hear my neighbors as if they were in the. room and was woken at 2:30 Very noisy Actually booked for 2 nights and left after 1 "

"All staff was great. Especially service folks. The front desk folks was a misfit. Not welcoming. But because of limited exposure to them and the rest of staff excellent. I’m rating excellence on all other staff especially restaurant, beach, bar, and pool area. "

"Pool area and staff are amazing. Beach access is great. Only 1 elevator working and it's small so waiting for availability of elevator was frustrating. Had to constantly ask for room to be cleaned and at times they would only make beds. Had to ask for towels daily to shower and they never vacuumed. We had sand on floor from beach. "
