“We left a day early. The cleanliness rating of 8 that was given was not what we experienced. It was a superficial cleaning, with the vent / light covers, shower floor, floor boards, doors, walls and rugs were gross.We were concerned that the smoke decectors weren't working as their covers were open, the exterior doors weren't a solid close and the front window looks like it was broken into.We went outback to see the "breath taking view of the water" and the backyard is very run down with now……

“Everything was wonderful! I took a much needed mental health vacation by myself and I could not have been happier!! What an awesome place-only 6 units- I had a studio apartment in the back-nice and quiet. It was delightfully decorated beach style, and had everything I could possibly have needed There was a fully equipped kitchen and I was able to make my breakfast and even dinner! The owners even left me some snacks and a bottle of wine! I did not use the pool, but did sit by it one……

“This was a nice hotel overall, with great amenities and a good breakfast. However, I am giving four stars due to an issue with billing transparency. At check-in, I was asked to provide a credit card and specifically asked what would be charged. I was told it was only for a security deposit. After checkout, I received my receipt and saw a $24 parking charge that had not been disclosed. I reached out to request a refund due to the lack of disclosure, but the request was declined. “The property was on a quiet, open street with friendly neighbors. It was located within a stone's throw from shopping, pharmacies and local eateries. The house was fully equipped with towels, linens and a fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities you could expect in making the stay comfortable. The bathrooms had complimentary shampoos, body washes and conditioners. The washer and dryer were a nice bonus. I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay there again. ”
