“Flawless execution by the Gunrunner staff from beginning to end! The pre-arrival instructions were spot-on. Our room was clean and personalized for us when we arrived (they had left us a gift of wine and a card congratulating us for our wedding anniversary that we were there celebrating - nice touch!). We were staying in Florence to see some of the local sites and restaurants, but the highlight was the Gunrunner bar and many seating areas around the bar. We were able to listen to some live music……

“This hotel has NO sound proofing between rooms! That part was awful! We could hear others conversations, what they were watching on TV and LOUD snoring!! It was like they were in the same room! Just didn’t feel like we had any privacy.”

“This hotel is converting to a Spark and looks nothing like the pictures. The hotel is in disarray, with paint cans and other construction debris in the hallways and public areas. Ice machines did not work, the lock to our room did not work and the whole lock had to be physically replaced - leaving the door open for 30 minutes while we were already in the room. The curtains were practically see through and did not cover the entire window, so that an outside light shone directly in our eyes when……

“A lousy truck stopped by the hotel, and it’s a Compressor Refrigeration Trucks! You have no idea how horrible this noise sounds like heavily! It all day long!”

“Room was clean, and safe. The air worked well. The staff was around a 3/5. Maybe they need a raise. There were plenty of shops and food near by. ”

“It was the nastiest hotel I’ve been in. My family and I didn’t even lay our bags down. We just turned around and went back to the truck and book another room somewhere else. This was 11pm and still left”

“Filthy room, dead bugs, furniture and walls were in horrendous condition. The bathtub backed up when another unit presumably used the shower. The photos on the website must have been 20 years old. Unfortunately it appears to be the only option in town. The contenentall breakfast was cold cereal and no coffee. I would never return or recommend this motel. ”
