Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Molly’s Place is a spacious, tranquil home. This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 9 guests. It is located on the 3rd row in the Cloon subdivision, in a family friendly area of the beach. Molly’s Place has all the amenities of home with tile floors throughout, large kitchen, and spacious rooms. There are also two roll away beds, for additional sleeping, if necessary. For your inside entertainment, this home has DISH for TV viewing. This home also has WIFI, just enter the passcode information. In the morning, pour your coffee and enjoy the amazing sunrises from the deck. You can even watch the big ships out in the Gulf. Downstairs, you will find lots of covered area for the kids to play in the shade and a charcoal grill. The family "Grill Master" can grill your favorite meals while enjoying the Gulf breezes. When you are ready to head to the beach, there is easy access via walking, golf cart, or vehicle! Don't forget to rinse off in the outdoor shower after a fun day at the beach.

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**


We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Beauty bar per bath
Trial size shampoo/conditioner per full bath

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
