“Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. ”

“The hot tub was clean and hot enough but the jets were a little finicky. The Beach Club is just a really old facility but very clean and well maintained for the most part. The beds were VERY comfortable. We are pretty picky about beds and would come back for that alone!”

“The huge negative is that the pool and gym which are advertised as a part of our reservation was actually false. We were turned away after multiple attempts. The customer service person first told us that our passes were at the front desk which was false and then changed the story to say they were not included. We paid a huge fee and feel we deserve a partial refund for this.Outside of that the stay was nice. Very open and comfortable rooms with plenty of parking and a beautiful view. Nice……

“The host was welcoming and proactive about providing us with check-in and check-out information ahead of time, which made the process a breeze. The stay was only for a night, but it was a beautiful home and was clean and tidy. This was for a work trip and was amazing value for money because everyone was able to have their own room and bed. The amenities, such as the washer/dryer and pool access were incredibly nice to have, as well. This was a wonderful place to stay and would gladly stay again……

“Die Zugangsdaten für das Zimmer kamen komplikationslos über die Expedia App. Das Bett war sauber und bequem. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, Tische, Stuhl und Küche waren voller Krümel, der Fußboden war ebenfalls weder gekehrt noch gewischt. Die Annehmlichkeiten im Bad haben mir gefallen. Das gesamte Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig ( so wie es im benachbarten Bereich gerade stattfindet.) Das Zimmer über uns war ebenfalls belegt. Wir haben jeden Schritt gehört, besonders morgens um 4.30 Uhr dachten……
