"Very convenient location, rooms are great, beds comfortable, staff is super friendly and accommodating. Can park on the street or nearby lots for cheaper than hotel price."

"Location is right next to the Willamette River and within walking distance of a few eateries. We enjoyed staying here vs closer to downtown. The room we got was spacious with a kitchen, which made it convenient for reheating leftovers. Complimentary breakfast was a plus. The hotel offers valet parking with in and out privileges. You request your car when you’re ready and they quickly bring it to the front. Be prepared to tip each time you drop off/pick up your car from the valet, on top of the $55/day parking charge. If you plan to go in and out a few times a day, this definitely adds up over the course of a few days. Service was great, the room was clean and this hotel is right on the street car line, which stops directly in front. We would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed in a suite with king size bed. Very spacious, clean and comfortable - interesting design of the suite, including a bathroom with deep tub and shower that was great. The rooftop bar and restaurant upstairs was very good, offering brunch, lunch and dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to have very good security - the surrounding neighborhood is clean but there are a few homeless wandering on certain streets not far from the hotel, but at least there are no tents. This is something that is a Portland problem. One reason we chose this hotel was to avoid homeless issues in the downtown area and we believe we made a good choice in this regard."
