“The towels were super thin and old, the bedding was stained, the bathtub was sagging, and the water wouldn't drain! Someone always had to let me into the building; it felt like a run-down tenement, not a motel.”

I was awaken around 7am by hammering and staple guns. Then men started yelling. Management should have construction start later, warn paying customers, and offer discounts.”

It was the worst experience I have ever had; I had to change my room from only being there 10 minutes (used the bathroom and the toilet was stopped up); there were used condoms on a chair (even after the front desk clerk, stated the maintenance guys just cleaned); no towel, tissue holders, no mirror in bathroom or hotel……
