We stay here every year for Halloween in SF and every year we are impressed with how clean the room is, how friendly the staff is, and how great the location is!

My room faces the street and it was pretty loud all night, even with earplugs. Interiors have been updated and have all amenities you’d expect from a place charging twice as much. I’m bummed that the outlet by the bed I charged my phone in overnight melted my cable, rendering my extra battery pack unusable and I missed getting photos of my daughter’s race finish because my phone died. Overall, would recommend this hotel.

It was our first time staying there and I must say it was very pleasant. It was quiet super clean very convenient walkable to dining places and a short Uber drive is between $7 to $10 to pier 39 or 30 min walk. Really close to the gooden gate bridge, the arts pillars, parks, beaches etc would stay there again! Super affordable too!

I felt safe staying there while my husband was at the VA. My car was safe. That was the most important thing. I will definitely be staying back there if I ever have to go back to San Francisco.

Overall we had a nice stay. The room was clean and updated. We appreciate that the parking was enclosed and monitored. The walking area was a smidge sketchy but we had no issues. They are sticklers about their rules and checkout being NLT 11AM. The continental breakfast wasn’t a breakfast at all. Just coffee and a store bought pastry. But overall the stay was what we needed.

Beautiful place, very clean, right at the gate of the Presidio. Limited parking but that doesn't matter because there's plenty of parking space out on the street and the neighborhood is very safe.
You will be 3 blocks uphill of the Palace of Fine Arts and the Marina District which is awesome.
Loved staying here and definitely recommend it!

The location is great. It's within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and nightclubs. I was pleasantly surprised that there was parking for guests. The room was clean and cute. The faucet in the bathroom was a little wonky, but it got the job done. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and you can hear everything in neighboring rooms. For the price, it's definitely a bargain.

As always, enjoyed our stay in San Francisco. Travel Lodge location is ideal for hanging out at Pier 39 and Fishermans Wharf., as well as other attractions. Very short walking distance. Room is comfortable, friendly staff, and the price is right.

I was looking for a cheap place to stay in Berkeley that was convenient to the bus and Bart lines, and the Marina Inn was perfect. 51b stops right outside to go to downtown Berkeley, plus it is just a short walk down for the marina or the North Berkeley Bart station. Very clean and comfortable room, with hard wood floors and big screen tv. I was very happy with my choice.
