“Kind staff, clean room, great experience!”

“Our stay here was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They made sure to give us a room that was easy to get to with our luggage. There is a flight of stairs to get to the check and more stairs to some of the rooms in but if you tell them ahead of time they can accommodate you with a room on the check in floor. This is a boutique guesthouse type hotel in a residential building in the desirable Prati neighborhood. The staff made us comfortable……

“交通位置好，門口就有地鐵站，帶著孩子和家中長輩步行15分鐘可至梵諦岡，飯店前台十分友善，我們帶著孩子同行，前台會提供需要的協助，有電梯可以搬行李，方便自駕的旅客，如果到的時候正好有車位，可以停在飯店的停車場，且飯店不是在ZTL內，自駕不必擔心，房間很大，房間內擺飾非常古典優雅，早餐有熱食，選擇還算多，還可以自己現榨橙汁，在小閣樓用餐格外有氣氛，就是房間不能自己煮熱水，要跟前台拿取，其餘的無可挑剔，下次去羅馬還選擇這家酒店!”

“房內地板因為浴室的滲漏而損壞，理論上應該修理妥當，才讓客人入住。”

“若是你的旅遊是以梵蒂岡為主，這裡非常的方便，離聖彼得大教堂很近，而梵蒂岡博物館也不遠，服務人員態度不錯，早餐也蠻豐盛，但這是一間有點歷史的旅館，與新的旅館不同”

“Habitación limpia, aire acondicionado acondicionado muy bien. Se estropeó y lo arreglaron rápido. La habitación la esperaba más grande, como fuimos tres, quizá un poco pequeña para tres. La ducha se escurría un poco. Eche en falta habitación de cortesía para el día de la salida.”
