As we went to other place Ramshorn 2004 shuswap ave LUMBY .BC They gave small room with queen size bed on high way on ground floor window open busy high way for o.As we asked give us king size bed .Staff asked for more money .We were treated not not well.I am afraid they took my credit card information. They might miss use of it...

"We atay here every spring when we come up. Staff is friendly, and our room is always tidy. We especially appreciate the kitchens, which make it easy for us to cook for ourselves, eat breakfast in our suite, etc. The Intermezzo restaurant on-site is a great placenfor dinner as well."
"Our stay at the Coast Capri was great. It was family and pet friendly. My daughter loved seeing and petting so many dogs! The pool space was great and the fact you could eat and drink there made it hard to leave. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and there were so many amenities within walking distance from the hotel.

"Great exercise room, convenient ice machine, excellent fresh coffee ground French vanilla from machine in lobby, great complimentary Ricky's breakfast, quiet room at back of property (no construction as nearby building completed), convenient elevator and spacious parking, safe security guard patrolling areas, very comfortable bed. Housekeeping forgot the in room coffee so went down to lobby. Microwave and fridge in room but no freezer compartment. A little dark in room so needed drapes opened. Good TV with multiple options for entertainment."
"This was the best property we stayed in during our 4 day trip. It was clean, spacious, and accommodated our toy poodle very well. They even had dog dishes in the room, and dog treats at the front desk! The only reason a "good" rating in some areas is that the pool was not working/available, and our request to clean our room after our first night's stay was not noticed by cleaning staff. Otherwise, perfect stay!"
"We were looking for a pet friendly room for a family of 6 people. This hotel exceeded our expectations. When we checked in they gave us little bags of treats for the pups. And when we got in the room and saw that there wasn't enough towels, I just went to the front desk to ask for more and they got more for us. No hassle or asking us to swap out old towels for new ones. We ended up booking the loft suite which was beautiful! The staircase in the room was such a nice feature. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Vernon."
"We needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. "
