"The staff were lovely and friendly. Nothing was a problem. The room was comfy and served it's purpose. Bed was comfortable which led to a good night's sleep. Overall I couldn't fault my stay.."

"This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are a little dated but still warm and inviting. The other spaces throughout the hotel more than compensate for the dated rooms. There are shops and boutiques attached to the hotel, and it seems that they always have some type of event going on when I visit. I would definitely stay again. "

"This is a great location. We were waiting to go on a cruise and stayed here. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are nice. My only complaint is that breakfast is not free, and there is an incredibly long wait to get a table. "

"We have stayed at the Smart Brickell twice this year. We love this place! Clean, modern rooms with very comfortable beds, beautiful pools and lobby and great staff. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants, the river, the ocean, downtown. The rooms are large and have a balcony. We enjoy traveling and this is one of our favorite places to stay in the US. "
