"Everything was great in a great location"

"Property was misrepresented do not go by the pictures only a couple were of the actual condo. My master bedroom at home is bigger than this entire condo. Took 2 hours of phone calls to several different numbers to get the real code to get in. Gave me several wrong codes not fun to deal with after a 9 hour drive at midnight. Don’t turn the jets on the hot tub unless you want a migraine from the screeching sound of the pumps getting ready to implode. Plenty of better places to stay in the area. ...

"The condo was about 15 minutes up from restaurants/shops in Gatlinburg. The view was spectacular and made it worth the steep and curvy drive.The condo is on the 3rd floor which we preferred for the better view and not ground level with bears. The decoration was beautiful and made for a relaxing stay. All the details were thought of in the decorations, kitchen items, and amenities. The A/C worked great and we appreciated the 2 large stand fans for white noise and air movement. There were plenty...
