"Room had mold cracks and bubbles in ceiling carpets were gross and baggage staff and carts were totally unavailable at check in no doorman this hotel has gone way down in quality I’ve been staying here since 2016 will never go back after this past stay. "

"Room was impeccably clean and updated. Staff was excellent. Really close to the subway which made for easy transportation around town. "

"They do not have Air Condition and was never told this. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. There is NO parking! You will need to use valet if you want to find a spot! $ 70 a day! Do not recommend this hotel for the cost! "

"Really liked it there the room was gorgeous. Bathrooms are a little small and could have better accommodation for folks who are have troubles getting around. The staff was absolutely great and very helpful. The food was good but very typical hotel food ate there twice in the restaurant and was actually a bit disappointed that it didn’t have a bit more flare. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Our room was very clean and comfortable which made our stay even more relaxing. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it had great options and everything was fresh and delicious. We also loved their promo where children below 12 can eat free at Johnny Rockets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That was such a great bonus for families traveling with kids. Highly recommended!"
