"1st room at check in was 3rd floor no consideration taken that we were seniors. Could not manage poorly lite abd unsafe 2 flights of wooden stairs. We were moved to 1st floor, new but things were broken, outlets were not finished, telephone was not put in, could not plug in wall fan. Floor was filthy ..."
