“En el hotel me fue más que excelente.... fue la aplicación hoteles.com que falló porque a los señores del hotel caraná no les llego el reporte de mi reserva de parte de ustedes, conté con la suerte que otras personas habían cancelado la habitación donde estuve hospedado el fin de semana ”

“The location and views were beautiful. The home was very large with four bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, which was perfect for a family of eight. The only problem was that in one bathroom the drain in the shower was clogged which meant that the water did not drain while you were taking a shower. Other than that, everything was very nice and comfortable. We were not charged IVA tax when we checked out as we are US citizens. It is a little hard to see where the entrance is from the road as……

“The hotel’s location is superb, being very close to Parque del Café, which made our visit incredibly convenient. The beautiful grounds are a standout feature, with meticulously maintained gardens, a lovely variety of plants, and a charming array of animals that added a special touch to the surroundings. The facilities were wonderful, especially the chapel, bar with a pool table, and arcade games, offering entertainment for all ages. The service was exemplary—every staff member we encountered……

“This hotel is unlike the others. The scenery is amazing and you will be surrounded by trees, plans, flowers and wildlife. It is also very simple which is why I also loved it. It’s a big difference compared to the large chain hotels in the city I’m used to visiting. They provided great service and it was safe and beautiful there. I’d definitely return. ”
