Room was clean and spacious and there was always someone cleaning, weeding, generally tidying. Food was good and a great variety. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Didn't love the location, it was pretty isolated and taxis were overpriced giving the hotel complete control. Store was hugely overpriced aswell. I enjoyed my trip , it was very relaxing but i probably wouldn't stay here again.

Was really nice. Everything was clean food was good. We had no problem waking up and getting chairs right by the pool. Place was pretty empty but nice and quiet . Just was hoping for some adult intertainnment (bands/music for the evening.

This was our very first family vacation with our 2 kids. Everything was amazing. The food at every restaurant was incredible, the staff were all amazing. The waiter Alma was our favorite, she was always brining drinks, telling us about Mexico. The property was clean, the kids side pool does need to be renovated but our kids were in there for hours every day. Highly recommend!!!

The food was really good, as was the service in the restaurants. Our AC was not working well, and the room was slightly tired, but that was not too bad. The resort itself is very pretty and the pools wonderful. The lunch pop ups in the Zocalo were reallllllllty yummy.

The resort was OK there was a lot of construction being done not a lot of restaurants were open. The beach cabanas were not in use, but the service made up for what was missing.

Food in buffet was great. If your were not at an a la carte first wave between 5:30-6:00 you are waiting an hour and half plus to get a table. Also they have a restaurant at the beachside of the resort which serves fresh pizza, it is the best part. Rooms were always cleaned This place is Definitely meant for families. No partying going on
