Staff were actually rude at times. Just one example- We waited in the Sports Bar for over an hour after ordering our food with the waiter telling us, the food would be coming out soon. After an hour, he finally admitted that the chef had just arrived, because they didn't actually open until 1:30pm? "

It is very confusing to navigate into what's included and what is not included in this "all inclusive" resort where every little upgrade for food item is extra (if you want your dinner with meat or seafood, be prepared to pay very high pricing. Not a great feeling after paying over 400 per night for the resort)."
