"A general thumb's up for this property and those who tend it -- their service was good, friendly, and prompt when needed. The view is wonderful. Place is spotless and is an oasis of peace when compared to PV. Bus service into PV or Boca is frequent and close. The price is hard to beat, so one has to accept cooking on a single burner hot plate and microwave, and the distance involved in getting groceries. "The staff is outstanding. Our butlers spoiled us (Diego and Daniel) The pool staff on the south tower are so attentive, nice, and again spoil us. All the restaurants are unreal delish! We will be there 2-3 times a year"

"Beautiful place! Probably one we will return to multiple times. The service is incredible and I was so satisfied with how clean they keep the rooms and the amenities it comes with. The food tasted good and we dined most of the time there. The staff was helpful and it felt like we were getting treated with the upmost respect and priority. I think the price reflects the value of the property as it’s beautiful, the food is good with decent prices and the staff are friendly. We had a small confusion as to why kids were on the property for most of our stay but had seen they are the owners kids. We were okay with this but it did throw off the vibe a little. Overall it didn’t taint our experience and we still had a great time. We would stay again."

"The resort was beautiful, the pools were clean and the staff was amazing. The view gives Jurassic park vibes. You enjoy the Mountain View on one side and on the other is the ocean. Two restaurants have dress code, men need to wear pants and closed toe shoes and women are not allowed sandals. The buffet has theme nights so you enjoy different foods each night. The staff was amazing and very helpful. You can also change your money for pesos at the hotel. They arranged shuttle service for us, from airport was $90 to airport it was $50. I definitely recommend this resort."

"This place caters to you like no other. The food is amazing, the staff is very attentive, housekeeping is awesome, my kids insisted on going to their kids club just about every day, and my wife enjoyed her time at the spa. They do try and sell you on their membership program, but they don’t push it. We never had an issue after we told them we were not interested."
