“Gracias por el cafe de la mañana, el agua caliente para bañarse, el aire acondicionado y la vista al río con toda esa vida animal tan de puerto vallarta, todo cerca, el malecon a solo minutos caminando, llegas a playa de los muertos fácilmente, sin duda me volveré a hospedar con ustedes.”

“When deciding on a place to stay, we will always go by the star rating. Grand Park Royal Puerto Vallarta was 4 Stars. This is so far from the truth I would maybe rate the hotel a 2 Stars. From the beginning to end the experience was a nightmare when we arrived while checking nothing was explained to us, no maps or explanation of the facilities, or Premiere benefits, which were absolutely none!!! We had a Premiere room and bracelet, but the experience didn't reflect that at any time. No special……

“Our room was clean. Staff was friendly. Beach view was nice. Pool was wonderful. Our Favorite was the rooftop bar and pool service.”

“We rented the penthouse (Del Sol) in the ‘offseason’ (July) for a 4 night stay. First, the views from our suite were INCREDIBLE and the way the room was decorated made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The bonus was our own hot tub on the large balcony. The property has 5 pools and the grounds are well taken care of and we had some tasty a fish tacos at the downstairs restaurant. Now the downsides… housekeeping stopped by once during our stay and after that we didn’t request it again. They only……

“El hotel tiene salida a la playa. Excelente ubicación en la zona céntrica. La habitación cómoda y muy bien cuidadas. Los empleados de la recepción son muy amables y profesionales. Viajé sola y no tuve ningún inconveniente, la zona es segura y bien iluminada. Los tour que hice me encantaron, islas Marietas, Yelapa y nado con delfines”

“We stayed here 5 nights 6 days, and everything was amazing. From the check in drinks to the staff being very nice and helpful. Restaurant food was to die for. (make sure you make reservations, or the staff can make it for you. Buffet restaurant has good selection as well. Rooms were very clean. Housekeepers did an as mazing job every day. We will definitely stay here again and recommended families with kids. The only bad thing I could say is the pool water warm……

“The only thing lacking in the rooms is A/C, otherwise it is a good place to stay in PV at a reasonable rate. Easy walk to the Malecon.”
