“We stayed in Hotel Encino for 2 week and came home yesterday and we didn’t want to leave! The staff were amazing and hard working. The hotel is in the heart of the city and the people. You can walk anywhere from the hotel. The pool and the restaurant upstairs was amazing as well. If you are looking for a fancy resort, this is not the place. This hotel has a nostalgic Mexican feel, no refrigerator or microwave, Just good vibes. Why do you need any of that when everyone around you is cooking all……

“We stayed at the hotel for five days and it was exactly the peaceful, serene getaway we were hoping for. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality really made the experience special. We chose this location because we wanted something quiet and surrounded by nature, and it absolutely delivered. The horseback riding experience was unforgettable and very reasonably priced. “We stayed for 2 weeks this trip. Blanca was very attentive and kept our room clean. Martha, Jesus and all the kitchen staff are excellent. Lalo is very friendly and willing to answer questions. If you need a blender or whatever just ask! I had seen negative reviews from when we were there in February from entitled people who were rude to us while we were staying and made issues with all other guests. I would put little faith in that review. The pool was sparkling blue and inviting. Short walk……
