Welcome to Casa Linda in Conchas Chinas. Condo Azul is the upper unit of 3 separate & unique condos, each with their own style and design. The condo is approximately 1000 square feet with a private patio approximately 300 square feet. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with new bedding, new towels and kitchenware. The major rooms face Northwest (NO DIRECT SUN on patio/pool from October to March) and enjoy a view of a greenbelt teeming with wildlife and Banderas Bay. Grab our complimentary Tommy Bahama beach chairs and take a 10 minute walk to Playa Conchas Chinas or access to the local bus just minutes from Old Town in PV. A large pool, gas BBQ, and lounge chairs await you for relaxation and fun! Plenty of other amenities plus the solitude of Casa Linda will make your Puerto Vallarta experience unforgettable!

Spacious with a great view. We only had two concerns: Although we knew that the deck, that had a fantastic view, had no direct sun this time of year, we didn't realize that the same was true for the pool...a shame as the pool area was amazing. The bathrooms were huge and beautiful, but the shower tub was hard to navigate for me (72) and a visiting friend (75). If you're younger with good knees this is not a problem. Again, a 5 if we were younger and the season provided more sunshine on our side. You can't beat the view, the help, nor the accommodation.

Wonderful getaway!
We were in PV for a wedding at the nearby Hyatt Ziva, and we were SO glad we stayed here instead of at the resort! There are three properties in this building, which is built on the side of a steep hill, with Condo Azul being the top condo. There is a small jungle/ green space below the building and we loved being above the canopy able to look down onto the treetops. Especially thankful that the owners provided good-quality binoculars, which made it easier to spot the (10!) iguanas in the trees, identify birds, and look for whales out in the bay. The check-in process was easy, and Mercedes, the property manager, was super helpful. We also met the owners, who stay in the topmost villa when they're in residence. They were super nice! The pool is shaded most of the day, so if you want to sun worship, you'll need to go to the beach (easy walk, towels and beach chairs provided), but it is great for folks like us who want to swim after a long hot day, but have had enough brushes with skin cancer that we need to stay sheltered. Getting into town is easy via taxi or uber, but the road into town isn't walkable. For that, you need to walk along the beach, which is quite doable once you figure it out (in daytime. Rough stairs and rocks, so don't do it at night). We'd stay here again, and if you were traveling with friends or a large family group, it would be super fun to book Condos Azul, Verde and Rojo all together!

Amazing Condo
Shared condo Azule with my husband and our friend. The location is magical. We counted so many iguanas and gorobos from the balcony. The pool was perfect and refreshing. I am so glad we stayed here. I normally stay in the middle of town, but this was so much better. It was such a great stay, I would adjust my future dates to rent this exact condo again. Mercedes and Ian are so helpful and can arrange anything you might need

Wonderful property!
Was everything I expected! It’s a beautiful property and a great location. It is walkable to a very nice little beach which I loved. Not one of those crowded beaches but if you’re into that and people watching just walk a little further down the road. I did that too. It’s on a steep hill which lends to a great view! I did walk back up a few times for the challenge and exercise but you can easily catch a cab. The condo is well equipped. There was not one thing I needed that wasn’t provided. But if there was, the communication with the manager was quick and polite. I really enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. The owners were also quick to respond to all my questions before my arrival which made me very comfortable with my decision to book it. Overall, it was fantastic!

Relaxing and Beautiful
We loved the Casa Linda Condo Azul. It was professionally decorated, clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the veranda enjoying the view and relaxing at the pool. We loved that it was south of the bustle of town so it made a great get a way from the crowds. The neighborhood was nice and quiet except the birds who were fascinating to watch. We will definitely consider returning one day. The management staff was attentive and very responsive to all of our requests and questions. This is a keeper!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Condo Azul. The condo is thoughtfully and fully equipped. The view is unbeatable. We loved watching whales and dolphins from the patio. We hope to visit again someday!

Everything we expected and more.
It was a treat for us to stay in such a beautiful setting! The condo is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, clean and beautifully decorated with local art. The view from the terrace overlooking Banderas Bay and the neighbourhood homes is stunning. We enjoyed seeing whales, iguanas and beautiful birds especially with the binoculars the host provided us. We were able to walk to the beach and along it into town. Enjoyed sunset dinners at La Playita and the Grand Miramar. The hosts and their staff were great. We used Uber several times to and from town and especially coming back up the hill to the condo. Looking forward to returning to this peaceful setting. Peter & Shirley, Ontario, Canada

A stunning location!
This is an amazing property! Our first time in PV couldn't have been a better experience. Casa Linda is located south of the city, in the quieter Conchas Chinas area. We loved the views! We were able to watch the whales in the bay from the balcony and iguanas sunning in the greenbelt trees. It was a quick walk to the beach and a short bus/uber/taxi ride to town. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The Wilson's are wonderful hosts who thought of everything to ensure a fabulous stay. We will be back!

A Nice Stay and. . .
Overall a nice stay with amazing views, iguanas in the trees and brilliant bird watching each morning. A couple things to be aware of for future bookings; the unit faces north, so no sun at all for balcony or pool when we were there (December). Also best to Uber to town. The walk along the road is on a very busy road and, not very pleasant.. Finally, it would be nice to have more comfortable seating. The unit has 'built-in' couch/benches made of concrete with cushions on them. Only one really comfortable wicker chair to sit in at the unit. If you are planning to spend most of your time out, not a problem, but to hang out at the condo, it could be more comfortable. Really enjoyed the steep, windy walks in Conchas Chinas each morning; a good workout!

Fantastic!
We are so glad to have found this lovely condo. As the property only has 3 units it really feels more like a house. Never tired of sitting on the patio and staring at the lovely views. Pool just a few steps away. We loved the neighborhood and that is was close to town (20 min walk or 5 minute taxi) and the beach was fantastic. The property is well maintained and has everything you need. Also great to have quality beach chairs and an umbrella. The hill walk was great for burning calories! Would highly recommend the condo. Thank you Rod and Gail for making us feel so welcome.

Unexpected jewel
Love this property from the awesome location which I might not have thought initially, to the great layout of the unit and unbelievable view. To clarify, wasn’t sure of the area and had never stayed in CC. We are now converts.From the very steep and windy hill on which the property sits and hence the amazing view, to the built-in daily “workout” to explore the amazing homes in the neighbourhood. Y husband and I are a bit nerdy that way. We were not disappointed. We also spent more time heading toward Boca to explore which was so much fun to discover and highly recommended. There’s a great hike from there to Las Animas beach with a few surprises along the way. Check out a YouTube video on the area. The support staff were responsive and helpful. By far my highest rating goes to Rodney himself. I had shared my concern about the number of plastic bottles we were going through and suggested he consider outfitting each unit with the large 20 litre bottles which I understand he has now done. Awesome Rod! I would not hesitate to recommend this property or to stay here again. Thank you

Poolside Iguana Sunshine Whale Watch Extravaganza
This spot is terrific! We were participating in some events south of Boca de Tomatlan. The Uber scene to the boat launch at Boca was smooth and efficient every time. Even smoother and easier was the travel to the busy beaches and shopping at the zona Romantica. Mercedes the property manager was super attentive to communications and all staff on site were charming. Also charming is Rodney the home owner who was also helpful before and during our stay. Pro tip: scoop the shell bed ahead of your pals. It’s the cutest.

Great location in hills of Conchas Chinas quiet area however there is road noise from trucks coming and going. Condo is close to great beaches does require a walk. If you like to walk and explore the beaches and areas this a good fit. Being up in Conchas Chinas hills was very nice , fireworks nightly were awesome. BBQ on pool level is terrific pool temp was awesome . Response from manager and owner was great. Would highly recommend, just want all to be aware you are not out of the door to to the beach . Walk down hill to be b is 20 min

This condo is soo beautiful and especially comfortable to stay at. We took advantage of some of the services offered, such as the grocery shopping and massage!! After a looong day of travel, it was a relief to have the condo fully stocked with groceries. I can't say enough wonderful things about the massage therapists that came to the condo, professional and skilled to say the least:) We enjoyed the patio in the mornings and evenings. We loved having restaurant recommendations in the book at the condo, all were delicious. Thank you Rod and Mercedes for making our stay soo amazing, we will definitely stay again

Paradise found!
Words cannot describe the peaceful tranquility of this property. The unit itself is appointed beautifully with traditional Mexican decor giving it a lovely inviting ambience. The views of the Bay of Banderas and Puerto Vallarta are spectacular! The proximity of the property is close to beaches, dining, sight seeing and shopping! The property manager and owner are attentive and very helpful. My family has stayed in the Conchas Chinas area many times over the last 20 years and this property is by far a favorite! We have already planned our return trip!
