Location! Location! Location! Economical 1BR/1Bath in the heart of Zona Romántica. Restaurants, bars, night clubs all at your doorstep and Playa Los Muertos just a few blocks away. The perfect place to stay for exploring the city, enjoying the beach, sampling the local cuisine, or experiencing PV's famous nightlife.

This cozy, economical apartment is located in a small, 8-unit building on the second floor (one flight of steps). You enter into the living area with a sitting area, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, dishes, cooking essentials). To the left is a full bathroom and spacious bedroom with a king sized bed. There, you will find the air conditioning unit, USB outlets, Bluetooth speaker and plenty of closet space. Sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels and drinking water are all provided.

This apartment is in the center of the building which means it is very quiet, but also quite dark. There is a large interior windows in the living area. If you plan to primarily use the apartment to relax, rest from the beach or from a night out clubbing, then this is the perfect space for you!

You can always liven things up as guests are always welcome! You'll find that other guests and residents of the building are also here to meet people and have fun!

Clean, comfortable, friendly, excellent host

The apartment was easy to find, secure and I was greeted by friendly, smiling, helpful people all around. It has everything you could need for a vacation in PV. The unit has no windows, excellent for sleeping at any hour and can feel closed off if you're used to open spaces. Matt the host was readily available, extremely helpful and cooperative. There is poor cell reception within the suite yet with internet that poses no problem.
