"The room was clean and very comfortable. It is an old motel so it could use upgrades like flooring, but our room had a dehumidifier to take care of the closed up hotel room smell that you get in any hotel room. Nice comfortable bed with more than enough pillows. Hot water. We didn’t stay for breakfast because it doesn’t start until 8 am. We sat outside our room and just enjoyed the quiet. Hitched a ride to downtown for $1 so we didn’t have to worry about parking and then walked home. Good walkable distance, but it was ok. Rooms are manual lock so you need to make sure you lock the door when you leave or if you don’t want someone coming in on accident. (I didn’t like that). The owners are very upfront about the rules and what they expect from guests which I liked..I knew it would be a peaceful stay. Would stay again."
