The girl making restaurants reservations refused to give me one at the italian restaurant and at the japanese restaurant she said there was no more availability which was not true. we got very lucky and met a really nice manager at the japanese restaurant Emilio~ he was so sweet and gave us the chance to come have dinner there last night we were there, Maria such a sweet server took good care of us. They only allow you one beach towel per day so bring your own from home if……

“Cero amabilidad.. hacen cambios y no los informan rapido. Maybe es mi experiencia pero ya los habia visitado antes y era todo lo contrario. Tienen las facilidades a su alrededor en optimas condiciones. En cuanto a las habitaciones deben de tener el mismo cuidado que le dan a sus alrededores.”

“The check in is a nightmare, no staff to guide in the location, to contact is only via WhatsApp and I found out bacause someone told me. We have to pay electricity and a deposit when al ready we in advance paid in full . The electricity was on when we could enter the apartment, 30 minutes later was shut down and by 7 pm came back. Very bad experience. Never more use this kind of concept, there is not value for the money paid. Is better to pay one hotel room with all amenities and solve the……

“All though it states adult only resort it is not there is only one pool on the whole resort dedicated to adults. They also state they have 11 restaurants but only one does not need reservations. It is super difficult to even get a reservation for any of the restaurants. Food was not the best. Check in and check out were easy”

The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and the pools and beach areas were relaxing and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the variety of food options and the overall atmosphere of the resort. Our room was comfortable and kept clean during our stay. We had a great experience and made some wonderful memories. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting the Dominican……
