"The Merry Acres Inn has decent curb appeal and over 100 rooms available. We encountered an extremely difficult door to open. So much so we thought it may have been locked and we had to swipe the card and shoulder the door open. Inside the room appreaerd wiped down clean. We found old pizza from a previous guest in the mini fridge and some stray hairs in the shower. Over all it was not bad just overlooked by the cleaning staff. The second night of our stay however it rained very hard. The bathtub flooded inside with water and water flowed through the bathroom floor making the bathroom unusable. Upon checkout I advised the staff of the issues. An apology was offered."
