"Clean and a nice breakfast"

"Bed was terrible, very uncomfortable. Breakfast was cold and we got down there very soon after it opened "

"Breakfast was good, beds comfy, room dated but clean. Walls are thin and being near a staircase very noisy! People need to be more respectful of people sleeping! Not hotel fault! Dogs are allowed and can be heard barking even though they are put in rooms not near. "

"This is a nice hotel. The front desk staff personnel were friendly and professional. The room was nicely done and clean and breakfast was good and varied. Right across the road is the Springfield Mall, with pleanty of eating and shopping options."

"We booked a suite room for the space. Pros: Very spacious, good water pressure, beds were decadent, continental breakfast was ok. Pool was a bit chilly. Cons: Hot tub didn’t work, lock on adjoining door to suite was broke, door handle and lock (whole structure) to the bathroom was broke and couldn’t close the door fully without being trapped, phone didn’t work, both TVs had inputs that didn’t work and couldn’t connect devices, Fruit loops under the couch. Front desk just added my list of things to a notebook “fix it” list that didn’t look like it had been touch in months, and said maintenance will fix it when they come in…. that’s all we got "

"The rooms need some updating and maintence done around the edges. Couldnt ask for better front desk staff, especially Gigi. She was top notch. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Housekeepers were fantastic. "
