The only missing thing was an elevator in the building and a luggage storage space that's on site , instead of in another building. Other than that it was absolutely lovely , the room was big and the staff was very helpful :)

This is a beautiful room. Everything you need it provided, bonus luxury is the a Nespresso coffeemaker and pods. Heated bathroom floor, fabulous beds. Location is amongst the locals, not in the Old Quebec charming area. Getting there was a 20 minute walk, up hill. Grocery store nextdoor, pubs, cafes less than two blocks away. Homeless shelter nearby, but, no one bothered us. We would stay again for sure!

The room was clean and well appointed although chairs around the table were hard with no backs. Unfortunately we ran into the cleaning staff only on occasion when we spotted them. The room was certainly very nice but there was no on site person to ask questions about area restaurants and attractions. A map in the room would have been appreciated and useful. Getting to and especially getting back into the garage was a bit of a mystery. I would definitely stay here again but be armed with needed information.

No staff or amenities because it's a receptionless hotel but it was great! The room layout was perfect for what we wanted like no wasted space (in a good way). It had a coffee machine, a mini fridge, a safe, a closet, a rain shower, and the bed was nice. They also had free access to a nearby gym but it was only advertised to me on a paper on the wall in the closet, I wished they were more upfront about that.
