Lovely room, nice and quiet located downtown in a very walkable location. Parking was easy to access. Lots of great cafes and restaurants just steps away. Communication was excellent. Would stay there again!

The only missing thing was an elevator in the building and a luggage storage space that's on site , instead of in another building. Other than that it was absolutely lovely , the room was big and the staff was very helpful :)

No staff or amenities because it's a receptionless hotel but it was great! The room layout was perfect for what we wanted like no wasted space (in a good way). It had a coffee machine, a mini fridge, a safe, a closet, a rain shower, and the bed was nice. They also had free access to a nearby gym but it was only advertised to me on a paper on the wall in the closet, I wished they were more upfront about that.

The hotel is within walking distance of old town. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet, with lovely decor. Shower was great! Had everything we needed for our stay. Only draw back is there is no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, this hotel would not be ideal. There’s no reception, all communication and interactions are via text or email. Communication was very good.

Very nice room and clean room. I was impressed that the hotel provided 4 different types of coffee in the room. The only drawback there is no elevator and no on-site front desk. But I can reach the staff by phone and email. The hotel cost is about $185 per night. I checked that the private room at the hostel is about the same price. The location is convenient; there is a grocery store very close and a few fast-food restaurants. The walking distance to the Old Quebec attractions was about 20 minutes, not bad. I would definitely come back.

As I have never used a hotel without front desk I found it a bit difficult to manage. The hotel itself was spotless and well maintained. I had issues with my TV and the staff were able to help me on the phone. Then main reason for my less then 5 star review was that it is not in the best part of town, although was convenient to get back and forth to old Quebec City.

I had a very pleasant stay at Rose Hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, which was the highlight of my experience. The facilities were good and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth. The only downside was that there is no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quebec City.

While feels more like an Air BnB, the room was cute and the messaging service was excellent. Area is a little lackluster but otherwise a hop skotch and a walk close to the action. Overall good experience and would recommend for a reasonable retreat.

This is a building not hotel ,very tight entrance close all the time, no lobby, no stuff . You have to call for information. That's i don't like. Plus room is very propre and neat but too small. I never had this experience A hotel with no lobby.

Great location within walking distance to old Quebec and cafes and bakeries on the same street. Grocery store down the street. Really helpful and friendly staff with quick communication via message. Room was cute, clean and well equipped . It is very close by to a pub / bar and so it is noisy - if you are a light sleeper you will hear loud music. Would definitely stay again ! A helpful detail: no stairs so be prepared to climb with luggage especially if you’re on the third floor
