"We received a fantastic welcome from the hotel with a champagne and the decoration on the bed that said "welcome back!" after I told the hotel staff we stayed at the same hotel long time ago. We even received an upgrade of the room. Everything was perfect and wonderful - the room, the view, pool side and roof top restaurants. My family had a wonderful stay at this place. The things that need fixing will be the flushing of the toilet and the lock on the door. Will definitely come back again."

"在ayara 住了三晚，体验非常棒！酒店景色优美，在无边泳池边用餐，海景一览无遗！早餐品种丰富，happyhour的鸡尾酒不错！每天都会去 Ratana Spa做按摩，非常满意！特别是Ms PLA给我做massage，无论是精油massage，warm oil massage，还是thai massage，都做的非常到位、非常舒服，技艺精湛，服务态度非常热情，给我留下特别难忘的印象！RatanaSpa的其他按摩师也很不错！以后有机会还要去 Ratana Spa找PLA做massage，也会把酒店和spa推荐给朋友们！"

"酒店房間依山而建 尤其海景房間 坐在露台悠閒地吹著海風望著一片大海很是舒暢 房間傢俬 床褥和衛生間設備都很整潔衛生 酒店環境設計優雅很有熱帶風情味道 令人感覺休閒愉悅 日式餐廳的特惠鐵板燒午餐食物新鮮 份量豐富 主理厨師還會以幽默手法在大家面前耍弄刀功 很有娛樂感 很喜歡這裏的特大泳池 我們一家人每天都在泳池玩上一個早上 可惜 晚上7時泳池就會關閉 如外出回來酒店 未能在晚間暢泳了"
