“Communication with the property owner was poor. I was within three hours of getting to the property check-in and wasn’t able to reach the owner how to get inside. Vrbo had to get involved and I was told by Vrbo they weee canceling the booking and I would get a refund and for me to find a hotel. While I was looking for a hotel Vrbo called and was able to reach the owner and I could continue the stay. “The location was perfect, walking distance to Santa Monica beach and to coffee shops. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the extra blankets were appreciated. The neighbors in the other apartments were friendly, which was a nice surprise for LA.”
