"I believe this property of the Residence Inn normally has great service. But during my stay, upon arrival I had to give my personal card info to the host as their computer system was down. Next the water went out and I couldn’t wash dishes in my suite as it wouldn’t drain. The laundry room was down (the washers). Trying to relax after being on the road for awhile, my needs were not meet as far as the standards of this hotel. I probably won’t be back"

"Parking is very tight!!! Room was very clean. Other than a glitch with the programming of the room card, we really had no reason to interact with the staff. AC & heat work wonderfully and was very quiet. "

"Be prepared if you stay more than one day, they do not come and clean your room, they do not keep you fresh towels until you come home late at night and realized they did not clean your room and give you fresh towels. Then at that point you have to go down to the lobby and ask for a new towels. "
