The staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests. Definitely 5 star. Dislike: We booked an ADA room but we still had to request a shower chair and a non-slip mat for the shower. Plus there should be a horizontal bar next to the toilet for the disabled to use. I had to rely on my walker. - In my opinion, an ADA room should have a step in shower. Not a conventional bathtub. - We were disappointed to have the counter top cracked, significantly, under the microwave. It's very...

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Stay was great.

Had a great experience staying here. Facilities and room were very clean, staff was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and the view of the river is breathtaking. Looking forward to staying here again.

I was so excited to stay here. We only got one night because it was booked all other nights but MAN I FELL IN LOVE. If you're considering booking here, don't even bother reading the rest of this review until your reservation is complete. Then come back and read more ;) But seriously, check in was strict at 3, no early checkin which was fine. Then when we came back they upgraded us from the 2 queen room to the condo, and it was the best room I've ever stayed in. The guy next to us informed us...

This was the only convenient hotel when visiting our daughter, who lives outside Sandy, and we were very pleasantly surprised. Nice clean rooms and halls, comfortable bed with choice of pillows, friendly staff, and more than the usual food choices for breakfast.

Amazing staff- Sarah at the front desk and Suzanne and Melissa who did the crafts for my children were amazing

I had left my pillow in my room. The front desk called me to let me know and they mailed it to me. I am very grateful for that. I will return again

Excellent location. Fun small local hotel.

Nice clean cottage would stay there again.

This was an amazing place. The room was great. The staff was great. The pool and jacuzzi were great. The surroundings were great.

Great stay. Very luxurious , innkeeper had thought of everything. Great bed, great breakfast. Wished we had planned to stay longer.

Always stay here when in Portland. Great location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly, professional and helpful.

Sitting erea is good size. But the bathroom is so small. And the sink is located in the bathroom so can’t get ready or use the sink while someone is in there.. has two TVs that is really nice when traveling with kids. Staff has been super nice Josh was amazing and super quick when we needed something!

Stayed on a Wednesday night by myself and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. I had a long day and did not arrive until almost 7:00pm. I asked for a recommendation to a good restaurant in the area and was told to try Troutini's. What a FANTASTIC find !! The continental breakfast the following morning was great. The staff made sure the food selections were well stocked. I was in a bit of a hurry but I did enjoy my coffee and oatmeal.

Guy at check in was awesome. Room was great. Enjoyed our time.

We got in late and check in was still fairly Easy We had a phone call a few days prior to ensure we understood the noone under 18 rule in bath house or pool . Which was fine as we had the room with hot tub anyway. Our room was dated but they were in the process of refreshing rooms, new flooring and furniture was being unpacked as we departed. We did have a fridge but no microwave . But the tub was great. Perfect temp, and clean. A perfect way to unwind on a cold misty night,after...

The rooms were awesome. Only disappointment was the pool/hot tub was closed.

I stayed here as a solo traveler for 2 nights and had a great experience. The check in and out process was easy and quick. This is a well-lit property located in a quiet and safe area of town, conveniently near the airport. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was exactly as pictured. It was big with modern, comfortable furniture, and updated fixtures. The room was very clean and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I loved the...
