“The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We arrived at night after the office was closed but they messaged us our room number and door code. We had a little trouble opening the door because we didn't know you have to press the # key after the code. Our room didn't have coffee in it like they said there would be. We complained but they didn't do anything to comp us. We went to the pool at like 9pm (it's open til 10) but it was so dark and hard to see on the path that my daughter almost fell……

“We truly enjoyed our stay with the beautiful surroundings and being close to local attractions. Would have appreciated the full details of all the flights of stairs and no handicap options to get to our room. We would stay again if it weren't for the stairs. ”
