“The hotel staff were very friendly. The receptionist was helpful and recommended a few places to eat, what beaches to go to. She was great! The ladies that cleaned the room were friendly, it seemed they only made the beds and changed the towels for the bathroom and pool and did the trash. Not sure of their policy on cleaning the rooms occupied. The room was a nice size for a family of four. It was a bit outdated, the beds were terrible. Really uncomfortable, and bed frames broken on both beds.……

“It was not the typical hotel/resort experience but the location, the coziness, the service and the atmosphere was amazing. Very clean room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Internet in the room was good. Is a calm place so if you’re looking for parties, loud music all the time then this is not the place for you. Beach only a few steps away. Beautiful scenery. The administrator, Angel, was very attentive and always looking for the opportunity to please you. Near town, malls, restaurants and……

“I could not even sleep there I went and got a hotel”

“The ceiling leaked in one of the bedrooms. We reported it. We were told it was fixed and it was not. There was obvious evidence of leaking ceilings in the villa. The internet worked only in the living room. The ice machine didn't work in the fridge. The showers spray on the floor if you don't turn it to the wall (no curtains).”

“La piscina demasiado Clorox, la hygiene del cuarto terrible, (huespedes no invitados y de gratis hormigas y otras) cero contacto con personal, espacios muy pequeños aptos para episodios de ansiedad panico y fobias. No vuelvo”
