They told us that they would have Maintenance come to look at the next day. That never occurred. This matter is worrisome, since they have the guest initial for any damage to the room, that they are allowed to charge to your credit card. “The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs.
