“We had an excellent stay with family for our son’s college tournament. We had all age ranges (10 months to 74 yrs old). Very comfortable beds & linens. Love the layout of the home! Having 2 bedrooms on main floor was a bonus & such big bedrooms. Comfortable seating for all of us , plus the bonus college kids that stopped by! You won’t regret staying here!!”

“Property is exactly as described. Clean, comfy and well-appointed. Very close access to CTA Red Line, this made travelling downtown daily a breeze. We would definitely book again!”

“It was super close to the united center which we were in town for an event at. House was clean and had plenty of space for us and a back yard sitting area. Was nice to have two bathrooms!Checking in was easy and we never had any issues.”

“We had birthdays for two people in our friend group and this place was truly so fit for the celebration! The space is well decorated, well cleaned, and well lit. We had a lot of fun touring the space and jumping between rooms and floors. The walk to rainbow beach was easy to follow. Host is very clear and consistent with communication. They’re very sincere in their efforts to improve the place and make sure there’s no misunderstandings. Truly, thank you so much for your space. We’d love to come……

“Three weeks later tries to say we didn't pay when we have emails/proof saying otherwise. We checked in at the time, and some guy just comes in the backdoor with towels. Upon checkout, says we didn't leave the key & they had to get a locksmith - we literally saw someone come in with a key (man with towels at check in). Scary neighborhood, misleading advertising, terrible communication. ”

“We stayed here for a long weekend at the end of June 2025, with family members coming from Kansas, Ohio, Virginia, and Florida. The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is centrally located and convenient to downtown, the museum area, the lake, and the north side. There were a lot of sleeping options with a variety of temperature choices. The weather was hot, but the basement was cold (one of our group loves sleeping in the cold and really appreciated this!), the main floor was……

“There was room enough for everyone. I like the recording ring doorbell. I like bathroom connect to bedroom. I didn’t like the wide open vent in the floor leading to bathroom. The bathroom door is on backwards. The coffee pot was molded. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The bed is too close to the wall. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I probably would stay there again but the price was high for the condition of the house. This house needs a lot of maintenance.”
